I have just received mine in the mail. I Live in the USA, there are virtually no makers here that offer Indian arms, and the few there are lack a deal of authenticity . Overly heavy and off proportions. I had thought the only way I’d get my hands on a famed Indian sword was with an antique. But I am so happy to see that the legendary tradition of Indian metalworking is alive and well in this shop. The ordering process was straight forward and all questions were quickly answered by the support and owner. My sword arrived 2 days early and I was blown away. It was securely packaged and wrapped in a lovely sword bag. Inside was a well fit wooden core scabbard covered in velvet, the metal fittings on the scabbard are solid and mine came with a nice middle section not shown in the pictures above. The decoration on the scabbard is of the same great detail found on the hilt. In the American Sword market a good scabbard can cost as much as the sword, so this is a great feature. The cord used to tie the sword hilt is a bright cord ended with a intricate bead tassel. It feels that every sword has its own personal touches that make them unique. The blade was sharp per request and the blade was well polished.
The sword handles and balances well, overall the sword feels very solid but light enough to move quickly. I am beyond happy with the purchase and can say its the prettiest and most unique sword in my (substantial) collection. I will absolutely be ordering more in the future. 10/10 Keep up the good work!
